Anti Smoking

Smoking habit among school children is a habit which create dissatisfactions and threat among parents. Seldom smokers come to seek help to quit, but the people around them, their close ones are actually in trauma want them to quit. Smokers are dependent on cigarettes to feel fresh and occupied. Cigarettes complement their lives and the world is hollow without them. Smokers and cigarettes are like flesh and blood. So it must not be the wish of parent or close ones but the smoker's himself wish to quit smoking, then the process will succeed.

Attitude Therapy deal with the issue of stop smoking the same as to heal any disease. The root cause to smoking habit is lost in focus, sleepy and yawning symptom, boredom, weak in hypothalamus and lost in concentration. It does affect studies. Smoking is a habit to ensure the smoker charge up alertness. But the smoking habit cause narcotic effect on lungs and toxicating the blood. Greater effects are on passive smokers around them.

Me as a parent understands when children start to involve in smoking habit, they use their pocket money to spend on their new habit. Children like to segregate themselves from other family members when they hook themselves with this habit. They need privacy with their peers,to enjoy smoking. If they consume more they will need more money than what they use to get for eating during recess time in school canteen. Teenagers would pick money from parents wallet if there are chances. Why smoking habit worries parents? Most drugs addiction starts from smoking habit, so to protect children from drug addicting is to protect them not to start the smoking habit. At least, the most effective measure is parents should act wisely to save children from drug abuse later on.
